We remodeled the entire office in November 2009. We have a meticulously
clean office with antibacterial flooring and ventilation in each dental room. We follow all CDC / OSHA regulations for sterilizing and use an independent
outside company to test our sterilization machines each week.
We are an all digital practice. What this means is that we no longer use film and the environmentally damaging chemicals and waste that come with
processing film. We have brand new digital sensors and a digital panoramic x-ray machine. We have installed overhead flat screens in each dental
treatment room for you to view your x-rays, intraoral photos, and before and after pictures.
Digital x-rays also reduce the amount of radiation you are exposed to by up to 80%. If you need a copy of your x-rays (for example in order for an oral
surgeon to review an x-ray), we can email this over. Digital x-rays also never fade or lose quality. We are also able to increase or decrease contrast
on any x-ray. This allows earlier detection of cavities. Finally, digital x-rays are instantaneous and therefore you spend less time in our office.
As a bonus, while completing your dental work, our overhead flat screens can be used to watch a show, DVD, or cartoon for the kids.
